The last minute load changes, holidays, complicated routes, geographical challenges and overall issues within our operation soon divided "the men from the women", so to speak. The larger companies didn't seem to need my business so much anymore. This "small brokerage company" seemed to be the one that always stayed late, arrived early, answered midnight calls, etc. They got the job done and done well, and done with a genuine niceness that isn't common in the transportation business anymore.
American Logistics, Inc. is one of the BEST brokers we utilize. They are TOP NOTCH and continue to amaze me with their ability to cover last minute loads. Send me more transportation companies like ALI!!!!!
Susan and I started doing business together in late 2002. She assured me of a couple of things, she and her staff would give 100%, one hundred percent of the time. That is how I have been treated since. This is very rare in the transportation business. A few words come to mind when I think of Susan and American Logistics, Inc; honesty, integrity, follow through and just all around nice to deal with.
We value the partnership with ALI because of the communication and speed in which they solve problems.
"We have been working with American Logistics, Inc for approximately ten years. They have been a great company to work with and we look forward to keep working with them for many years to come."
ALI is by far the most driver friendly company we work with. Rates, destinations and problem-free loads are all equally important these days and they have them all. Whether we are in Georgia, Alabama or Pennsylvania, our drivers always look forward to pulling for them and I look forward to working with them for many years to come!
We have been doing business with this team since January 2006. If all truck brokers would have the same integrity as the ALI staff does, the trucking industry would be much better off. They are always willing and capable to help from start to finish when booking a load with them. Our drivers enjoy working with them and hauling most of their loads and I would give most of that credit to American Logistics, Inc. and their knowledge of how the trucking industry should work
